Presentations
Students make presentations on related topics related to management before the panel of faculty.
Brainstorming Sessions
Brainstorming process makes the students to deliberate on the concerning issues to problem solving during group discussion.
Panel Discussion
Student-panels are created where they discuss the burning issues. This helps students to prepare themselves for Group Discussions and Interviews. The students can keep themselves abreast with current affairs and can also get an opportunity to improve their communication skills. The panels will be supervised by faculty members.
Management Related Movies Review
Informative and message giving movies are reviewed through management perspective on any Wednesday in the month at seminar hall for MBA students to improve their analytical skills.
Earn While Learn Program
Under ‘Earn While Learn Programme, DIMAT offers a wide range of part time job opportunities to the students which exposes them to the real working environment while pursuing their routine academics. The students of various streams not only get financial support for their studies but also gain hands-on experience which certainly stands by them in their future career as well. This further helps the students to gain know - how of the corporate world.

Management Fest is a mega event organized at state level comprising of Quiz, Ad mad show, Collage making , Case analysis competition, Treasure hunt, etc to provide a suitable platform to budding professionals to showcase their inherent and diversified talents.

Excursion Tours play an important role to assist in developing close bonding; enhance the degree of tolerance, better understanding and adjustment with new environment in group dynamics amongst the students .Underlying this idea, DIMAT organizes national and international tours every year.
CSR Activities
To inculcate values learning amongst young managers, CSR activities are also conducted in near villages and college campus. Faculty encourage the students to participate such activities
Self Defense Program for Girl Students
are organized to empower girl students anti social elements through demo restoration and training in techniques of martial arts and self defense.
